Gun Dogs "R" Us is a full time gun dog resource center owned and operated by Rick and Kathy Fitzpatrick. Services offered include: Gun Dog training; specializing in the pointing and flushing breeds for the upland foot hunter. We also offer Guided Hunts, Basic Obedience Training, Kennel Boarding, Top Line German Shorthair Pointers and on occasion will have Started or Finished Dogs for sale. They have also recently added a Pro-Shop offering e-collars from the biggest name brands in the industry.

Rick volunteers his time as the youth coordinator for the Denver Metro Chapter of Pheasants Forever is also involved with the Pikes Peak Pheasant Forever Chapter and is a member of the Colorado Gun Dog Association.

Gun Dogs R Us has trained many, many dogs over the years and several have gone on to be professional guide dogs for some upscale wingshooting lodges with Orvis and Cabelas endorsements.

To keep his dogs in top shape in the off season, Rick runs his dogs in Field Trials and AKC Hunt Tests.

Whether it be a pointer or flusher, Rick uses a soft touch approach to bring out the natural ability of the dog to work for the handler in real life hunting situations.
